Smarty Pants® Market Research Consultancy Promotes Alyssa Wright to Senior Analyst

Johnson City, TN – Smarty Pants announced today that Alyssa Wright has been promoted to senior research analyst or “Insights Brainiac.” Wright assumes the role after less than a year as a research analyst at the youth and family-centric research consultancy.

Wright joined Smarty Pants in March of 2018 as the organization’s “Media Maven,” developing content for the company’s website, social media channels, syndicated trend reports and industry publications. In early 2020, Wright transitioned to a research analyst position where she supports custom qualitative and quantitative research initiatives for Smarty Pants’ key tech, healthcare, toy, and retail clients.

consumer empathy and strong research intuition. She continues to impress us with her process
and participant management, digital community moderation, data analysis and insights

Prior to Smarty Pants, Wright applied her management and communication skills as a marketing
analyst at HTC, the nation’s largest telecom cooperative. There, she partnered with internal
stakeholders to design, manage, and analyze databases to guide marketing strategies. Previously,
Wright spent three years as a customer management and retention analyst at Advance America,
a financial services company.

Wright graduated magna cum laude from Coastal Carolina University with a Master of Business
Administration. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from East Tennessee State
University. She is based in Myrtle Beach, SC.
