Smarty Pants® Market Research Consultancy Promotes Rickie Eatherly To Research Analyst

Johnson City, TN – Smarty Pants announced today that Rickie Eatherly has been promoted from an associate-level “Insights Prodigy” to a research analyst role as “Insights Whiz.” Eatherly joined the organization in June of 2019 and has demonstrated considerable growth while supporting custom qualitative and quantitative research initiatives for Smarty Pants’ tech, healthcare, toy and retail clients.

Prior to Smarty Pants, Eatherly was a Career Development & Talent Acquisition Marketing
Assistant at Boston Consulting Group. Her role included alumni database management and
candidate interview facilitation, social media analytics, and event marketing.

Eatherly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kennan Flagler Business School, with a second major in Dramatic Art. She also studied business at the London School of Economics and the University of New South Wales in Australia.

Eatherly is currently based in Asheville, NC. She is relocating to Washington, D.C., in 2021.
