November 23, 2021

JOHNSON CITY, TN – Smarty Pants market research and strategic consulting firm announced today the addition of New York City-based Sabrina Roth as “Insights Prodigy.” Roth joins more than two dozen new researchers who have been added to the full-service firm’s roster in 2021.

In her new role, Roth leverages her background in child development and children’s programming to support key clients in the children’s media, education and entertainment sectors. Her qualitative and quantitative work ranges from research planning and operations to data analysis to report development.

Roth graduated magna cum laude from Muhlenberg College with a BA in Media and Communication and Women’s and Gender studies. She received honors in Media and Communication for her thesis deconstructing the evolution of girl power through an analysis of Disney Channel’s Lizzie McGuire and Andi Mack.
Roth held several marketing internships as she pursued her degree – in social media, public relations and digital marketing. Upon graduating, she took a position at a Manhattan preschool where she taught and studied neurodiverse 3- and 4-year-olds.
On Roth joining Smarty Pants, research director Kara Leibeskind, Ph.D. comments, “Sabrina brings a passion for children’s media, a curious, education-first spirit, and strong foundational research experience to Smarty Pants. We are delighted to add her talent and experience to our dynamic team.”
