JOHNSON CITY, TN – Smarty Pants market research and strategic consulting firm announced today that it has added Alina Henshaw to its managerial roster. Henshaw is responsible for designing and leading custom research initiatives across industries and consumer segments.

“Alina is a qualitative research heavy-hitter who excels at fieldwork and analysis. She is

Prior to Smarty Pants, Henshaw served as a Research Consultant for Qualitative Methods at Arlington, Virginia-based Hanover Research. As she progressed from a research associate to a team-leading consultant, her client and talent management earned her the company’s Excellence in Leadership Award.
Henshaw holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & International Leadership from Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio, where she graduated cum laude and with Research Honors. She has also taken courses at the University of the South Pacific in Fiji while conducting research on leadership, worker welfare and climate change.
