Smarty Pants Research Consultancy Adds Jennifer Mellett As Manager

JOHNSON CITY, TN – Smarty Pants market research and strategic consulting firm announced today that it has added Jennifer Mellett to its talent roster. Mellett joins the rapidly expanding firm as a research manager responsible for designing and leading custom research for the company’s entertainment and toy & game clients.

Mellett joins Smarty Pants from Kantar, where she was a director of custom research and data analytics on a team specializing in brand strategy consulting. Earlier in her career, Mellett worked for full-service research and strategy firm PSB as a senior market research analyst. She began her research career as an associate at real estate consulting firm GAR Associates.

Mellett holds a master’s degree from American University in Applied Economics. During her time in Washington, D.C., she interned at Inter-American Dialogue, a think tank aimed at fostering policy debate and enhanced cooperation across the Western Hemisphere.

Mellett earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish Language & Literature from Manhattan College. She was a member of Epsilon Sigma Pi, an honor society for the college’s highest scholastic achievers, and Alpha Kappa Delta, an international sociology honor society.
