Samantha Davis Joins Smarty Pants Research and Consulting Firm

Samantha Davis joins the team as insights whiz

JOHNSON CITY, TN – Smarty Pants market research and strategic consulting firm announced today that Samantha Davis has joined the organization as an analyst-level “Insights Whiz” supporting the company’s key healthcare and retail clients. Her contributions span qualitative and mixed-method research studies and include scoping and design, project management and fieldwork, and data analysis and reporting.

Davis was most recently a Brand Executive at Ad Age’s Small Agency of the Year, Creative Energy. In this role, she led client teams to develop branding and advertising strategies across foodservice, tourism, healthcare, manufacturing and technology sectors. She also helped to develop the agency’s primary research practice, fielding brand workshops, focus groups, online surveys and concept tests. Her contributions helped the agency earn multiple American Advertising Awards. 

Prior to Creative Energy, Davis served as Marketing and Partner Manager for digital agency Ntara, where she led their business development and communications strategy team. Previous to her agency roles, Davis worked at Eastman Chemical Company on their global Corporate Communications team and at Regal Entertainment Group on their public relations and marketing team. 

Davis earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee’s College of Communication and Information with summa cum laude honors. She double minored in business administration and Spanish.
