Elizabeth Klingele Joins Smarty Pants Research Consultancy

Beth Klingele joins as Insights Brainiac

JOHNSON CITY, TN – Smarty Pants market research and strategic consulting firm has added quantitative researcher Elizabeth “Beth” Klingele to its growing roster. As “Insights Brainiac,” Klingele spearheads custom research initiatives for Smarty Pants’ flagship tech, retail and entertainment clients. Her contributions range from questionnaire design, sample selection and survey programming to data collection, quality assurance, analysis and reporting.

Klingele has more than 13 years of experience as a research project manager, data analyst and client relationship builder. She is adept in multiple methodologies and study types, including A&U’s, concept tests, IHUTs, segmentation studies and brand trackers. She began her market research career at NPD working on the firm’s flagship syndicated report for the restaurant industry. From there she moved into brand and advertising tracking at Synovate (now Ipsos), guiding studies for leading brands across categories. Klingele later spent three years as a senior project manager at iThink and two years in a similar role at Research Now.   

Klingele holds a Bachelor of Science in communication with a concentration in psychology from Northwestern University.

Klingele is based in Plano, Texas. She is among seven new researchers added to the 60-person shop in 2022.
