Zamolsky’s promotion caps two decades of growth at the agency. Since 2005, she has designed, recruited, fielded and analyzed qualitative research for Smarty Pants’ leading client partners—exceling at eliciting meaningful consumer truths and ensuring insights successfully drive business. Her expert moderating skills have ensured deep consumer connections, her generational expertise has enriched consumer understanding, and her innovative and inspiring research methods have propelled the organization to its status as the go-to partner for the world’s smartest brands.

A RIVA-certified moderator with additional certification in Advanced Moderator Techniques, Zamolsky began her research career as a recruiter and consultant at a qualitative research firm in Stamford, CT. She has since logged more than 10,000 hours of in-person research across the globe, moderating everything from roller coaster rides with kids to kitchen-table conversations with Millennials to community-center discussions with seniors on social determinants of health.
Zamolsky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Boston University and continuing education certification in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online.
