March 12, 2025

Smarty Pants research and consulting firm announced today that Emily Rowe has been promoted to “Insights Genius,” a senior manager role. Rowe’s promotion is a testament to her expanding project management, consumer storytelling and client leadership acumen.

Rowe’s qualitative and quantitative expertise has led to growing client impact across Smarty Pants’ top healthcare, retail and entertainment partners. Commenting on Rowe’s advancement, Insights Sage and business unit leader Molly Jackson states, “Emily embodies everything that is Smarty Pants – ambidextrous research savvy, analytical rigor, deep holistic insights, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to tackle the most complex business challenges. We are so lucky to have her on our Smarty Pants team and excited for her continued success.”

She then moved to Kraft Heinz, where her contributions to the brand and innovation teams led her to two promotions. She later parlayed her project management and innovation experience into an associate insights manager role at MillerCoors, where she led countless white space initiatives designed to fuel brand growth. Most recently, Emily was a senior manager of customer experience at Marriott International.

Rowe Emily holds a degree in marketing from Pennsylvania State University. She is based outside of Annapolis, MD.
