In 2010, Meredith’s business and talent development skills landed her in the position of COO, where she oversaw daily operations, organizational growth and best-in-class service of Smarty Pants clients. As COO, Meredith managed Smarty Pants’ evolution from a boutique firm of 10 to thriving mid-size shop of more than 60.

During her COO tenure, we recognized Meredith’s gift for finding and growing amazing talent. In 2024, she assume the role of the company’s Chief Talent & Development Officer. As our first CTDO, Meredith leads recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure only the best of the best call Smarty Pants their professional home. She began her career as an account manager at Grey Global Group in NYC overseeing Kraft Foods and several Procter & Gamble brands, including Pringles, Pantene and Cover Girl.

Meredith holds a BBA with a major concentration in Marketing and a minor in Sports Management from George Washington University.

Meredith lives in Westchester County, NY, with her husband and two teenage daughters, but she tells people she lives in NYC, because she can’t accept that she’s now a grown-up who lives in the ’burbs.
