Smarty Pants Research and Consulting Firm Adds Dr. Noel McGuire

NEW YORK, NY – Smarty Pants market research consultancy announced today that Noel McGuire, Ph.D., has joined the organization as an analyst-level “Insights Whiz.” McGuire is among six hires at the firm this year.

McGuire supports Smarty Pants client partners in the toys & game, wellness and entertainment sectors. Her position includes planning and supporting the execution of qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method research, as well as insights development and trend identification.

McGuire has expertise in communications and identity development. She is particularly adept at analyzing how younger generations interpret and utilize stories to understand themselves, their communities and the world.

Previously, McGuire served as digital content manager at the Hollywood Compassion Coalition, where she translated media psychology and health communication scholarship into articles for content creators. She also held a leadership role at Asian Health Services, a San Francisco Bay area non-profit that provides health, social and advocacy services to underserved Asian communities.

McGuire earned her Ph.D. in Media and Communication Technology from Chapman University as well as an M.A. in Health Communication and B.A. in Strategic and Corporate Communication.

McGuire is based in Orange County, California.
